At Tees Me Knot we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll help—read the policy below for eligibility, timelines, and how to start a return.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags.
  • Final sale items: [e.g., clearance, custom prints] are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Damaged or defective items: Report within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

How to request a return or refund

  1. Email customersupport@teesmeknot.com with order number, item name, and a brief reason.
  2. For damaged items, attach a photo of the defect.
  3. We’ll respond within 3 business days.

Pickup Policy:

  • We will attempt pickup up to 3 times. If the package is still not collected, additional charge will apply to schedule another pickup.

Refund processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • If an item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

Return Shipping and Costs Policy

We cover return shipping for all eligible returns. If an item is defective, incorrect, or you simply change your mind, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and handle the shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or color are processed as a return + new order unless otherwise specified.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
